Your website picture for this item is the thicker paper filter (with the UP arrow on the side). You have sent the charcoal filter twice to me. I have kept the wrong item one time because I’ll need it in the future, but I returned this last shipment. Please send me a way to order the paper (accordion type, thicker) filter. Thanks. Btw: I love your product—I’ve bought two of them, but I need a way to order the right filter for them.
