3. Get Your Letter of Medical Necessity
If eligible, a licensed provider will issue your LMN, required for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
4. Purchase & Submit for Reimbursement
Purchase your purifier and/or filters using a standard payment method, then submit your receipt and LMN to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
