HEPA closest to the fan, then carbon, and then the pre-filters. Make sure you're paying attention to the arrows as you put them in.
The unit has a self-lubricating motor. Please
continue running the unit and the noise should resolve itself. It usually takes about 3-5 days.
If the motor on your unit has failed, please contact us and we will send a new motor. The replacement is straightforward and there is an instructional video listed under the unit name above.
