Noise level when on high setting is intense. Great customer service, kept up to date about short delay in production. Would buy again, great gift idea going forward esp for friends unaware of importance of clean air.

This was purchased to take to a dental appointment where there were no Hepa air purifiers. It worked so nicely, and in addition, it gave me the opportunity to talk about Covid safety with people who were intrigued by it when they saw it. The cuteness of this air purifier definitely helped! Thank you for making it!

Recommended by an expert I trust, I thought this was worth trying since I haven't been able to get anyone to build me a C-R box. Seems to perform well. I used it in a meeting in a conference room with about 6 other people, none of whom were willing to wear masks. (I always wear N95 or equivalent.) My only suggestion would be that you sell an extension cord with a built-in USB port; since the QT3 only runs 2-4 hours on a charge, I'll need to plug it in when I go to a meeting of undetermined duration. I found a suitable cord in an office supply store, but you could probably sell a lot of them if you put them on your site. I see that the HEPA filter lasts about 800 hours! That's great. I just hope they'll still be available when I get close to needing a new one.

My husband is allergic to dust and almost everything. When he comes home everyday he instantly starts sneezing and having issues. The day we installed it, he doesn’t get any affect anymore. Now I’m thinking to get another one for downstairs.

I like QP Pro Air Qualify Monitor, the main display is bright and clear so I can see it from the distance. During this cold weather I choose to display humidity level as the main one so I can tell when I should turn on my humidifier. When I have guests I choose to display CO2 level as the main one so I know when I should switch my air purifier to high speed.

Advertised as quiet and it is, removing smells from cooking and it does. The lid had a small dent and they immediately sent a new lid.

Your website picture for this item is the thicker paper filter (with the UP arrow on the side). You have sent the charcoal filter twice to me. I have kept the wrong item one time because I’ll need it in the future, but I returned this last shipment. Please send me a way to order the paper (accordion type, thicker) filter. Thanks. Btw: I love your product—I’ve bought two of them, but I need a way to order the right filter for them.

They're in good shape and rarely for future use.

at home I keep it next to the bed. at school I put it right in front of me on my desk. it weighs less than a notepad and fits in my purse.
